About

I grew up in a crazy southern family of seven brothers and a sister; needless to say, I’m a tomboy, a feminist of the Susan B. Anthony variety, and only once lost an arm-wrestling match to a girl.   By day, I’m a music teacher in Lancaster, and by night, I write stories.  Between growing up in “Hotlanta” and living in Amish country, there’s too much good material to waste.  I love hiking, running, and anything else that requires loads of work and a low degree of coordination.  I’m married to my best friend Ethan and am the pseudo-parent/full-time guardian to my youngest brother Nicolas.
